We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Technical expertise In following printers– Konica and Ricoh primary office printers and Epson as our label printers. There are other smaller spread of HP and Zebra printers as well.
- As the technical analyst for the space, the candidate needs to have very strong to expert technical knowledge on printer configuration, remote support and experience of printer management software like SiteAudit / Streamline NX etc. We are in transition from Konica to Ricoh globally, so the technical expertise will be crucial in providing the right levels of support to our business community.
IT Qualifications
At least two of the following:
- Any Graduate
Experience in a similar role
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
