We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Cloud Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity, and performance of our IT infrastructure, facilitating a seamless integration between cloud and on-premises systems as we transition to cloud services. Your primary focus will be on monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the design, implementation, and operational management of our cloud capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain stability and performance of IT infrastructure
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues
- Collaborate on the design and implementation of cloud solutions
- Manage and oversee hybrid environment integration
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a hybrid (cloud/on-premises) environment
- Azure Cloud and Microsoft certifications
- Microsoft support experience at levels 1, 2, and 3
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with vendors and stakeholders
- Extensive experience in Active Directory (AD) and Group Policy management
- Proficient in VMware, vSAN, Windows Server Operating Systems, SCCM/Intune, ITIL, and ITSM
- Experience in managing Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
