We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

IT Skills and Experience

  • Hands and Feet support for Infra and Security tracks:
  • Provide on-site smart hand technical support for hardware and network issues in the DC.
  • Service Provider Technician to reach DC within an hour for smart hand support during off business hours for P1 & P2 incidents, immediate support in during business hours when the request is raised.
  • Service Provider Technicians should understand DC components that are not limited to server/network switches/routers/storage devices.
  • The vendor shall ensure the dispatch of the same technician with relevant DC experience. If the specified technician is unavailable, the vendor must provide an alternative technician with similar DC expertise to fulfill customer needs.
  • Provide H&F support during Installation of new Hardware along with OEM
  • Smart hand support for remote sites with basic Compute / Network components knowledge.
  • ADHOC emergency tasks:
  • Server reboots which is requested.
  • A service provider technician is available for all break-fix activities in DC that require smart hand support.
