Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Identify business problems and opportunities for process improvement
• Develop detailed business cases and use cases to support decision-making
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure technology solutions align with business needs
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers and designers
• Conduct data analysis to provide insights that support business strategies
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired business states
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to understand business needs and foster collaboration
• Create workflow diagrams, process models, and functional specifications
• Support project management by tracking project progress, timelines, and deliverables
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives
• Provide training and support to end-users on new processes or systems

IT Skills and Experience

• Windows 7 & 10, MS Office 2010/2013/2016/365
• Ability to communicate regarding technical issues with clients
• Must be able to pass annual criminal and motor vehicle background

SKILLS:

• Windows OS (e.g. XP, Vista, Windows 7, 10)
• Microsoft Office applications
• EUC Support
• Security

IT Qualifications

At least two of the following:

• Bachelor of Engineering – Computer Science, Bachelor of Technology – Computer Science, Master of Computer Applications
• ITIL qualification
• MCP certification

Experience in a similar role

• 5+years of relevant experience
